About Goldilockx Yoga

Welcome to your personal wellness journey where Mind & Body come together “just right.”

My name is Francine Trimble and I look forward to being your yoga teacher to support your wellness journey. I’m a wife and mother of two amazing children. I’ve been practicing yoga for the last ten years since becoming a mother. I found cardio and weight workouts to be difficult after childbirth and when I discovered yoga I fell in love with the peace and strength it brought to my mind and body. Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be and it meets you exactly where you are.

Group classes and private sessions are available in my home studio in beautiful Hinckley, OH. Another offering through Goldilockx Yoga is ChairFlow Yoga in the Workplace and ChairFlow Yoga for Seniors.

ChairFlow Yoga in the Workplace is a perfect wellness benefit to support employees with reducing stress-related burnout along with improving morale, collaboration, and workplace satisfaction. Wellness is a key workplace benefit offering but it can be challenging to offer anything related to physical fitness because no one wants to change their clothes or break a sweat. The beauty of ChairFlow Yoga is that people come as they are - no need to change clothes, bring equipment, or break a sweat, yet you will still receive all of the wonderful benefits of yoga. Employees will gain flexibility, strength, and clarity to take back with them to their workday. Employers who offer wellness programs such as yoga see up to a 25% reduction in medical premiums.

ChairFlow Yoga for Seniors is ideal to support their mobility, cognition, and wellbeing. It also helps with pain management. Group classes are offered in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and similar organizations. I also possess a SilverSneakers Yoga certification.

Goldilockx Yoga is also proud to offer adults the opportunity to be certified in Mental Health First Aid. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a national certification through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and it is very similar to CPR/First Aid but it’s for mental health. MHFA is not about diagnosing or treating anyone. It’s about recognizing the signs and symptoms of someone who may be struggling with a mental health challenge, substance abuse issue, or suicidal thoughts, and knowing what to say and what to not say to encourage someone to seek the appropriate help. Group training sessions are available for workplaces, churches, and community organizations that want to empower their people managers and other employees/members with these invaluable skills.
